7. Limitation of Liability

8. Player Accounts

8.1 Each user is permitted only one account. The creation of multiple accounts may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. Players must not share their accounts or grant access to third parties. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be reclaimed by the Casino.

8.2 The use of VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) is strictly prohibited. Players who attempt to bypass regional restrictions using VPNs or other similar methods will be in violation of the terms, and any winnings obtained through such actions will be forfeited. This also applies to any technology used to mask or alter location.

8.3 If an IP overlap is detected between multiple accounts, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access without the possibility of appeal.

9.7 If a game or system malfunction occurs, all affected bets and winnings may be declared void. Players are required to report any such malfunction immediately. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or the cancellation of winnings obtained through the malfunction.

9.8 The use of "replaceable" bitcoin transactions (Opt-in Replace-by-Fee - RBF) is prohibited. CrownJewelz reserves the right to suspend or close accounts engaging in such transactions and to void any associated deposits.

9.9 Deposits must be wagered at least twice before withdrawal. If a player attempts to withdraw deposited funds without sufficient gameplay, CrownJewelz reserves the right to require the deposit amount to be wagered up to three times before processing the withdrawal.

9.10 CrownJewelz reserves the right to refuse withdrawals or apply additional verification if deposit and withdrawal patterns indicate potential payment processing abuse.

10. Deposits

10.1 Players should contact support to confirm available payment options for their region.

10.2 The minimum deposit amount is 20 EUR/GBP. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

10.3 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's name. Third-party deposits may be reversed, and funds lost due to such transactions will not be reimbursed.

11. Withdrawal Policy

11.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 EUR/GBP (or currency equivalent).

11.2 If a player has not wagered at least two times their deposit before withdrawal, the withdrawal will not be processed.

11.3 The Company may conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals and reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in case of inconsistencies.

11.4 Standard withdrawal limits are set as follows:

  • Daily: 1,000 GBP
  • Weekly: 4,000 GBP
  • Monthly: 15,000 GBP

Withdrawal limits may increase based on your VIP Level.

If you win more than 15,000 GBP, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly instalments of maximum 15,000 GBP until the full amount is paid out.

11.5 Maximum cumulative profit on all Casino Games (excluding any progressive jackpot wins) in a 24 hour period by each customer shall be capped at 50,000 GBP for VIP users, and at 20,000 GBP for non-VIP users. If your profits exceed this sum in any 24 hour period any additional bets or wagers made within the same period shall be void and any associated sums bet or wagered by you shall be returned to you. If a bet or wager is made by you that takes your profits over the limit within the daily period (00:00-23:59 UTC) you will be paid out up to GBP 50,000 (or currency equivalent) for VIP users and GBP 25,000 (or currency equivalent) for non-VIP users and any excess profits may, at our discretion, be voided entirely.

Finally, please keep in mind the Casino is not a financial institution. Your account will thus not bear any interest and no conversion or exchange services will be offered at any time.

11.6 Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full, regardless of standard withdrawal limits.

12. Dormant Accounts

12.1 Accounts that remain inactive for 180 days will be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to close such accounts and confiscate any remaining balance.

12.2 Dormant account fees will incur a cost of 20 GBP monthly taken from the player account balance.

12.3 Dormant accounts may be reactivated upon request by contacting customer support.
