1. Eligibility & Account Restrictions

Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) will lead to termination of the accounts and confiscation of any gained winnings and active bonuses.

Any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or a consultant to CrownJewelz, or any person or entity who has a direct or indirect relationship with CrownJewelz, or a supplier of goods and/or services in connection with promotions, is disqualified from participating in promotions. CrownJewelz may, at its discretion, disqualify fraudulent entries or entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Play
The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse CrownJewelz reserves the right to prohibit the player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both during wagering and after its completion. Any attempt to artificially reduce wagering requirements or gain an unfair advantage will result in the loss of winnings.
Prohibited strategies include, but are not limited to:
- Rapid switching between games with varying wagering contributions
- Low-risk betting systems (such as Martingale or D’Alembert)
- Reducing stake size by more than 80% after a significant win
- Covering multiple outcomes in the same round (e.g. red and black in Roulette)
- Using gamble/double-up features to inflate balance followed by minimal wagering
- Chasing bonus features without making meaningful wagering progress
- Automated, scripted, or bot-assisted gameplay
3. Bonus Rules & Wagering Requirements
All times, unless otherwise stated, are in UTC.
The player is not allowed to use strategies intended to manipulate or circumvent the wagering requirements of an active bonus. If the player uses such strategies, and if CrownJewelz has sufficient grounds to believe that the player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then CrownJewelz reserves the right to cancel all player's winnings.
Delaying any game round in any game, including spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or making additional deposits while having spins features or bonus features still available in a game, is prohibited.
All deposit bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, a limitation on the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life, and maximum win limitation, unless otherwise indicated. Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering of 5 GBP/EUR or equivalent unless otherwise specified. Maximum bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game).
For Roulette, the maximum bet per selection is as follows: up to 500 GBP/EUR or equivalent for Straight Up bets; up to 1,000 GBP/EUR or equivalent for Split bets; up to 2,000 GBP/EUR or equivalent for Street bets; and up to 10,000 GBP/EUR or equivalent for Red/Black, Even/Odd and 1–18 bets.
For Blackjack, the maximum bet is 5,000 GBP/EUR or equivalent per hand, with a maximum table limit of 10,000 GBP/EUR or equivalent when multiple seats are played.
Maximum exposure across all games is 250,000 GBP/EUR or equivalent.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is 10x the bonus amount awarded. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are calculated using the GBP exchange rate at the time of withdrawal. Any amount exceeding this limit will be forfeited.
The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules and bonus conditions.
All the bonuses are non-sticky meaning that the Player cannot request a withdrawal until wagering requirements are fulfilled. In the case the Player has real money and bonus money in their account, real money gets exhausted first. As soon as bonus money is lost, the bonus is also lost.
At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
Bonuses are automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching the amount of 0.05 GBP/EUR or equivalent or less.
This term only applies to balance tied to a bonus, i.e. deposit + bonus, or a bonus only (in case of a no deposit bonus), and does not apply to funds on a player's balance gained from other deposits or bonuses.
A player has the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding with their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.
A player may have more than one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion terms.
Please note that not all games’ bet amount is fully considered when wagering the bonus. When placing bets on slots 100% of the bet is considered. For Video Poker 5% of the bet is considered. For Roulette 10% of the bet is considered. For Card Games 5% of the bet is considered. For Casual games 5% of the bet is considered. For Live games 5% of the bet is considered. For Poker Games 5% of the bet is considered. For Craps 5% of the bet is considered. Lottery, Crash, Virtual Sports, Scratch and Game Show games do not contribute towards wagering requirements.
When gambling with bonus funds, all winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. CrownJewelz reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.
The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited, particularly in cases when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature), and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 and the bonus feature) are completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering has been met, and converted to cash. All winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
CrownJewelz has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.
Players are required to complete account verification and pass KYC verification before any winnings will be allowed to be withdrawn.
The player shall not hold CrownJewelz liable for any issues, regardless of the cause thereof, and shall not hold CrownJewelz liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any network, computer system, hardware or software related, traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, or any other technical or other problems.
Self-excluded persons are not allowed to register an account with CrownJewelz and partake in any promotions provided by CrownJewelz. If it is found that a self-excluded player has created an account with CrownJewelz, their account will be closed with immediate effect.
If you as a new player do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in such promotions and should not accept any bonus offers.
CrownJewelz reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or remove all winnings, in the interests of fair gaming, should irregular game play be identified.

4. No Deposit Bonuses & Free Spins
If you have not previously made a deposit with CrownJewelz, winnings from a no-deposit bonus or free spins are capped at £200 or currency equivalent. Any excess winnings, including those generated through continued play, will be forfeited.
If you have already deposited, winnings from a no-deposit cash bonus (free offer or goodwill gesture) are capped at 10x the bonus awarded amount once wagering is completed.
If you have already deposited, winnings from a no-deposit free spins offer are capped at £300 or equivalent once wagering is completed.
The maximum win from welcome cash spins is £150 or equivalent. Any amount exceeding the applicable cap will be voided.
